Kayla Kaser
As an honor graduate from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art, Kayla has been both classically trained and freely discovers more and more about her life's passion. She has learned to never fear what professors or peers might say: create, craft, and design for arts sake (and your own). "Have fun with your art, there is no right or wrong" a motto she tries to stitch into every piece of her pottery, photography, prints, and crafts.
Currently she works as an instructor at Archiver's in Maple Grove and a substitute art instructor at the Edina Art Center. Kayla loves to watch children and adults alike grow into themselves as artists. Waiting for the "I had no idea I could do that," moment is what it's about for her.
St. Cloud State University's 2009 Spring Student Show, selected two of her pottery pieces to be debuted. Kayla hopes to make her work more public in the near future.
